How to convert AVI to MPG file using Ulead to reduce Video file size?

1. Select and Add AVI files 

2. Select what resolution we want for export MPG files.(LP in the sample). It will affect the file size.

3. Select what pixel resolution we want. (720x576 in the example)

4. Start converting.

How to date video AVI clips and rename AVI files with date taken?

You can change the font of time stamp on screen.
